Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of hivishq.com and any marketing services provided by Hi Vis HQ, a business registered in England and Wales, registered address 70 Swan Street, M4 5GP.

1. Our Services

Hi Vis HQ provides digital marketing services to businesses, including website design, CRM and automation setup (via GoHighLevel), customer review generation, SMS and email marketing, and related consultancy services.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawfully obtained information
• Ensure legal right and consent to contact your customers on your behalf
• Comply with UK GDPR, PECR, and telecommunications regulations
• Make timely payments as agreed

3. Fees and Payment

Payments are processed via Stripe. Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Messaging Compliance

Where we send SMS or email communications on your behalf, you confirm that you have obtained necessary consent from your customers and that data was collected lawfully.

5. Intellectual Property

Any website or asset built for a client remains the property of Hi Vis HQ until full payment is received. Hi Vis HQ retains the right to reuse general frameworks and templates across other clients.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the notice period in the Service Agreement. Fees paid for completed work are non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results such as search ranking positions or lead volume as these depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
